Post-course support

Rather than lose touch with delegates after the courses, we realise that some delegates may wish for additional and individual backup when trying to implement the concepts demonstrated during the courses. We can provide post-course support based on questions relating to the course material - this may be arranged via e-mail for up to twelve months after the course.


Client specific training

Some organisations may wish for courses similar to those structured around the APM syllabuses but biased towards specific activities and types of projects. We are pleased to discuss such requests.


Project Management coaching

It may be difficult for a company to release inexperienced project managers for training. An alternative is coaching carried out on a one-to-one basis. It can be based on telephone calls, e-mail messages or face-to-face contact. The aim is to improve the manager's own decision-making through discussing both potential and current issues.
